We source our vegetables primarily from organic farmers in Hokkaido, Chiba, Nagano, Kochi, and Awaji Island, while our fish and meat are freshly delivered directly from Hakodate and Kochi. We believe that providing delicious ingredients for our customers to enjoy is the best way to support the producers, and that this connection ultimately leads to our customers' happiness.
