Exquisite Mazesoba from a Japanese Restaurant
In December 2020, during the COVID-19 pandemic, "maren" transformed a former creative Japanese cuisine restaurant near Miyakojima Station into a popular ramen shop. In January 2023, it relocated and r...enewed as "soba MAREN" at Sakaisuji-Honmachi Station, preparing for franchise expansion. Over the course of about two years, the brand has grown to three locations, and on April 1st of this year, the first franchise, "soba MAREN Higo-bashi," finally opened its doors.
