以前通りかかって、店構えとメニューに一目惚れ。大切な食事会に8000円のコースをお願いしました。
素敵な格子の二重の引き戸に緊張感が高まりますが、期待も広がります。にこやかなお姉さまに迎えていただき、ほっとしてお願いしていた個室のお座敷へ。お部屋の感じから、もうそこからは芸術でした。お品書きには、お料理された方のお名前がありアーティストと。コースを終えて納得です。
お料理の器を含めたビジュアル、味、全て美術作品そのもの。親しい人たちと、本当に一つ一つお料理が来るたびに感動で、質問したり感想を言い合ったり楽しかったです。どのお料理も未知の味。口の中が美味しいもののデパート。味の繊細さもこれまた芸術。体験型の美術館とでも言いましょうか。食事って、本当にいろんな楽しみ方があるんだなぁと思いました。季節が変わったらまた行きたいです。大切な食事会がとても良い時間になりました。ありがとうございました。
