Born in Hong Kong and familiar with Cantonese cuisine, after training at the Michelin-starred "Ming Court," he established his position as a head chef at renowned restaurants in Hong Kong. He led "Portas do Sol" in Macau to achieve a Black Pearl 1 Diamond rating and directed "Champalace" in 2022. In 2024, he will take on the role of head chef at "Kōnan Shun" in the Four Seasons Hotel Osaka. He has showcased his culinary skills at the Aspen Food & Wine Classic in the United States and has also won a gold medal at the World Chinese Cuisine Competition.
