Additionally, to minimize impurities, we hand-slice the meat in its raw state when serving. By preparing it this way, you can enjoy the contrasting textures of the thin and thick slices.

For the finale of your shabu-shabu, we highly recommend trying the tea soba from Nagasaki Prefecture. The thick, chewy noodles have a strong tea flavor and are enjoyed with a broth infused with beef essence. We use a narrow, deep pot for the shabu-shabu, ensuring that the tea soba is evenly cooked. Additionally, our homemade ponzu, rich in flavor, pairs wonderfully with the tea soba. Any leftover ponzu can be enjoyed as a soup until the very end. We also have dessert prepared for you after your meal, so please indulge to your heart's content.
