We offer a luxurious "omakase course" that makes use of seasonal ingredients. It begins with a "seasonal small bowl" appetizer, followed by a variety of dishes paired with sake, meticulously prepared grilled items, warm dishes that highlight seasonal seafood, and a rich selection of 10 types of sushi. You can enjoy the blessings of each season both visually and on your palate. The sushi toppings are aged for about 5 days to 2 weeks to enhance their umami flavor, resulting in high-quality ingredients. We take pride in the exquisite balance with the rice made using red vinegar.

Our restaurant is conveniently located within a 5-minute walk from Nishiumeda Station and Kitashinchi Station. The interior exudes a calm and sophisticated adult atmosphere, making it an appealing space to enjoy your meal at a leisurely pace. We have a counter made of cypress wood with 6 seats in an L-shape. You can also engage in conversation with the chef across the counter.
