It’s about a 10-minute walk from the Tokyu REI Hotel where I stayed.
On this occasion, we had a course meal with an all-you-can-drink option,
but I couldn’t help but worry as people kept ordering Japanese sake that wasn't included in the package.
The sake called "Akika," which has a slight yellow tint, was surprisingly delicious.
The menu is as shown in the picture, so I’ll skip the details.
In general, luxurious ingredients like soft-shelled turtle, abalone, and medium-fatty tuna were beautifully presented, showcasing a high quality.
The seasoning felt quite refined, possibly influenced by the Kansai region,
subtle and elegant in flavor.
The service was excellent, making for a lovely dinner experience in Osaka.
And so, instead of heading back to the hotel on this hot summer night in Osaka,
I’m planning to fully enjoy this vibrant evening.
