I stayed in Onna Village and wanted to try Agedu pork shabu-shabu for dinner, so I made a reservation at this place, which had great reviews.
The interior has a dim and calming atmosphere with a high ceiling, providing a spacious feel that allows for a relaxed experience. It features both table seating and private tatami rooms, making it quite convenient.

I was thrilled to find that the shabu-shabu set can be ordered from a single serving! The set comes with green papaya, enoki mushrooms, green onions, Chinese cabbage, and Okinawa soba.
The Agedu pork is thinly sliced and incredibly tender, with a naturally sweet fat. The Kuni pork is thick and rich in flavor, while the Chojyu pork is soft with a full-bodied taste that leaves a lingering sweetness.
The broth, primarily made from the pork’s umami, is enhanced with soy sauce and mirin, resulting in a sweet and gentle flavor. It was delicious even on its own. The pork is complemented by green onions and yuzu pepper.
The pairing of Okinawa soba for the finishing touch with the mellow broth was exceptional, making for a truly satisfying meal!
The Aosa tempura was fragrant and chewy; it was served hot and delicious.
The fried Gurukun had a tender and beautiful texture! It was light, not heavy at all, and very delightful! It comes with lemon and a special sauce.
The Sata Andagi is freshly fried upon ordering. The outside is crispy while the inside is fluffy and light. Enjoying it warm combined with the cold pistachio ice cream was a perfect match.
Every dish was delicious, and the staff provided courteous service, enhancing the overall experience. I could savor my meal and it turned out to be a memorable dinner time (*˘︶˘*).。*♡
