エノワに泊まってディナーはジングーで。
チベット出身のタシさん率いるこちらのレストランは去年のDestination Restaurantsにも選ばれていますね。ここ泊まらなくてもレストラン利用だけでもできます。豪華な客席。サービススタッフも客も
海外の方が多い。いわゆるファームトゥテーブル、らしくまずは別な場所でアミューズを頂く。
料理は結構ボリュームもあり、お皿の上は
ビビットな色彩なものが多い。ひとつひとつの味はわりと濃厚だけど、スパイスとの調和は悪くないです。パンも全て自家製と言っていました。
種類はたくさん焼いているなー、という印象。
メインのお肉は宝牧舎、これは黒毛だったけど
ヒレとロース、どちらも美味しかったです。
全体的に魚はかなり微妙でした。
年明けから魚屋変わるって言ってたけど
アルコールもノンアルコールもペアリングしましたが、好みとはズレ。
朝食はすごいボリューム。
パンもたくさん、サラダもたっぷり
オムレツも大きい！さらにクレープ 笑
部屋はホテル棟のほうに
スーパーセールで予約したので
かなり安かった。
