This dish, "Nagano Terroir," is born from the natural resources of this land. It is a cuisine that allows the ingredients produced by the land of Nagano to shine. The power of the ingredients we receive from this region takes shape, and together with simple yet modern tableware, the essence of Nagano Terroir is concentrated.

The chairs and tables are all unified with Matsumoto folk craft furniture, creating a calm and serene atmosphere in the space. In the center of the store, there is a tile mural that expresses "Everyday Life in Matsumoto," depicting Matsumoto Castle and the Northern Alps.
