毎年の初競りで必ずとも言っていいほどニュースになっていた会社。
2019年は史上最高値となる3億3,360万円でマグロを競り落としたとのこと。（尚、2021はコロナ禍で見送り）
仙台では2018年オープンのこのお店、今回が初の入店です。
入店して真っ先に思ったのは、店が明るくとてもきれいな事。
次に思ったのが、寿司職人も明るく笑顔で話しやすいこと。
それもそのはず、創業者曰く、1)入りやすさ、(2)食べやすさ、(3)高い質の接客をコンセプトにしているとの事。
いつでも入れる２４時間営業で、女性客が１人でも入れるような店を作り、時価の表示や、品切れを極力排した店を作り出したというのも納得です。
ネタは美味しい、特にマグロにはとても美味しい。
ただ、仙台だとどうだろう。確かに家族連れでも入りやすい店ですが、ネタだけを見れば、この上を行く寿司屋は仙台・塩釜には山のようにあるだろうし。
キャンペーン期間という事もあり、ビール１杯、鮨を１１貫、他小皿料理を頂き2500円ほどととてもリーズナブルでしたが、うまい鮨勘さんとかともろに競合する気がします。
辛口評価にはなってしまいましたが、家族連れの方などにはとてもおすすめと思います。
