Welcome, Rich Flavor Lovers!
Vegetables are perfectly simmered, and the chicken bones are boiled down to a fine state. It's practically the base for ramen. This rich broth doesn't easily soak into rice, yet it leaves a refreshing aftertaste! |
The restaurant is located at the back of a multi-tenant building facing Chris Road.
I stopped by here amidst reports of numerous closures (10 locations!) in the Kanto region.
While there is a sign for the restaurant, the full view of it isn’t immediately clear.
This was my first time purchasing a meal ticket from a vending machine.
At Tenka Ippin, I ordered the "Kotteri" ramen (JPY 940, tax included).
Even though it was a weekday, the restaurant was full, and there was a line at one point.
The presentation was just as I remembered from years ago, and the rich, flavorful broth has the power to bring joy to anyone who eats it.
The way the noodles cling to the broth is exceptional, making it one of the tastiest "Kotteri" ramen I’ve ever had.
In the latter half of the meal, I added some mustard miso from the table to adjust the spiciness to my liking.
I finished every drop of the broth, and my satisfaction level after the meal was indeed high.
The presentation was beautiful, and the staff provided attentive service.
It was a great meal!
