Food "Boiling Freshly Ground Soba with Every Order"
Our soba is made with carefully selected buckwheat flour. The state in which soba is said to be the most delicious is "freshly ground, freshly made, and freshly boiled." Since buckwheat flour oxidizes during storage, we grind it daily using a stone mill set up in our shop. We then make the noodles in-house and boil them fresh for each order.
