1. A generous selection of 8 ingredients is showcasing themselves. 2. A magical soup simmered for 3 hours - it's "beef bone soup" slowly cooked from fresh bones. This elaborate beef bone soup is used in almost all of our soups. 3. Spicy! But delicious! "Irresistible richness" - a single stew is made with a combination of 8 types of seasonings, including 1 and 2 from Japan and Korea.
Food "Samgyeopsal Made with Hokkaido Pasture-raised Pork"
Currently, we are the only place in Yokkaichi where you can enjoy this. The free-range pigs are raised in vast pastures in Hokkaido. They are allowed to roam freely while basking in the sunlight and absorbing natural minerals and iron, growing up stress-free and healthy. The flavor of the meat is surprisingly rich, and the fat is light. There is no unpleasant pig smell, and the meat is tender. We serve it after grilling it to perfection, so you don’t have to worry about any grease or odors.
