At Napule, we have been using a wood-fired oven crafted by the renowned master, the late Natale Ferrara, who was invited from Naples. In 2005, the second-generation wood-fired oven was completed by Natale's son, Stefano Ferrara. The pizzas baked in that oven, starting with the Margherita Extra made with fresh tomatoes, embody the traditional flavors of Naples.
