The counter seats are limited to two guests. Inside, you'll find a tranquil space with Mozart playing softly in the background. Our bartender cherishes the spirit of "Wakei Seijaku" and values "Ichigo... Ichie," creating a unique experience for each gathering.
We use three different types of ice: "Raku Ice," made with our special ice-making machine, "Jun Ice," made from natural water sourced from Mie Prefecture, and "Gosen," natural ice harvested from our own ice factory in the Tateshina Mountains of Nagano Prefecture.
