Though we are a young establishment, we take pride in our carefully aged raw soy sauce crafted by a master with 40 years of experience, combined with traditional tamari soy sauce. This exquisite blend is slowly matured with premium mirin and sugar for a truly special flavor.

Our eel dishes are accompanied by Kochi Prefecture's Niyodogawa pepper and traditional Nara pickles from the long-established Masukura in Azumino, Nagano Prefecture.
