I have loved cooking since I was young, and I started making dinner when I was in elementary school. I graduated from Nagoya Bunri University of Health and Nutrition. After obtaining my nutritionist license, I worked for four years in a hospital. From 2005, I trained as a chef for seven years at a French restaurant in Nagoya. After gaining experience at a Western-style restaurant in a golf course, I opened "Kyoyoshoku Matsumoto" in February 2016. As the owner and head chef, I am honing my skills.
