I attended a social gathering for a soccer tournament in Minamata City, where the organizer took me along for our next meeting.
We had a reservation, so we smoothly started with a toast.
I left the menu up to the chef, and they brought out various cuts of meat and vegetables, which we grilled on the teppan.
The mix of flavors was delightful, with delicious sauces and an array of meats that left me very satisfied.
I really appreciate this relaxed style.
It’s been a while since I enjoyed some horumon.
