A 70-year-old geisha house has been renovated by a designer, creating a unique space that combines "Japanese style and hamburgers." The carefully curated interior and counter seating offer a bright and calming atmosphere where you can also enjoy "calligraphy" and "paintings." The tatami seating area is designed to embody "Japanese aesthetics," allowing you to experience the tranquility of the back streets of Hakone Yumoto. The concept is "Wa, Kei, Sei, Jaku" (harmony, respect, purity, tranquility). We aim to be a hamburger shop where everyone feels comfortable.

Using the rare "Sōshū beef," known as the "phantom cow," we are dedicated to creating exquisite dishes with a focus on local production and handmade quality. You can find us on the first floor of "Hak...one Wa," a tranquil hot spring inn located in Hakone Yumoto.
