Crepe and Tapioca Specialty Shop - SHE LOVES CREPE, Yokosuka
March 2022
This crepe shop is located in Yokosuka Chuo, just a 30-second walk from the west exit of Yokosuka Chuo Station, on the first floor of Yokosuka More's City.
Opening hours are from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM (last order at 7:45 PM). The shop is closed on days when the facility is closed.
The shop is quite small, mainly focused on sales.
However, there is a terrace-style eat-in space in front of the shop (in the station square?) with one chair for single guests, two chairs for a pair, and two tables for two, but no extra furnishings on the tables.
Being located right in front of the station, it feels a bit exposed when a large man is eating crepes. Background music is provided by a piano played in the passage outside More's City.
I visited on a weekday at 6:30 PM and saw two groups of four customers.
The clientele included a young couple and a group of young Asian men (who just seemed to be sitting without ordering).
The staff included a cute woman in glasses who was surprisingly friendly and likable.
Main menu items are as follows:

Today's crepe featured kinako (roasted soybean flour) and custard donut for JPY 390.
The LIMITED (seasonal) item was something resembling a creme brulee (I forgot the details).
The point card system seems to have been discontinued.
It appears they also deliver via Uber Eats, not just at the counter.
I ordered the LIMITED crepe and was given a playing card instead of a number tag.
LIMITED Crepe:
Topped with creme brulee, this dish comes with a generous amount of sweet whipped cream.
The crepe itself is slightly thick with a chewy texture but remains soft.
Overall, it was quite delicious, but perhaps a bit pricey.
Next time, I want to try the simple and affordable JPY 300 crepe.
