Our restaurant proudly uses freshly caught boiled shirasu (whitebait) from the Koshigoe Fishing Port, purchased from the "Kanyumaru" fishing boat, in our signature dish, the "Hakukura Specialty Shirasu Don." Additionally, we also offer a limited-time, limited-quantity "Namashirasu Don" (raw shirasu bowl). Please take your time to enjoy our seasonal small dishes, homemade pickles, and chawanmushi (steamed egg custard), all crafted by our skilled chefs.
