After finishing unloading R's new place, we were feeling pretty worn out.
For dinner, we decided to eat out.
We started searching for a good restaurant near Sugita Station, but our tiredness had turned our thinking skills off, making it hard to decide.
That's when we thought, there's nothing better than Chinese food you can trust anywhere in the world.
Even though it's a bit far from Chinatown, this is Yokohama City.
So, it must be a good choice!
The restaurant we chose was "Yokohama Chukagai Keichinro, Sugita Branch."
It took us about 4-5 minutes to walk from Sugita Station.
We soon spotted a restaurant with a distinctly Chinese appearance.
It was a bit late, and there were a few groups already seated.
We were shown to a table and started with drinks.
I ordered a draft beer while the other two had soft drinks.
We ordered the "Toku Toku Course," which I had researched beforehand.

While it tended to be a bit greasy, we were quite hungry, so we devoured it all.
By the end, we were satisfyingly stuffed (sweat).
The braised pork belly we added truly earned its reputation as the restaurant's top recommendation.
The meat was tender, with a slightly sweet flavor that made it irresistible.
It paired excellently with the accompanying steamed bun.
The leek soba was very similar to the flavors of a now-closed local Chinese restaurant that R loved since elementary school, and she was quite excited as she finished it off.
It seems that R has decided to keep coming back for this leek soba (laughs).
R's first dinner after moving to her new home was a delightful and affordable Chinese meal.
