After honing my skills at the one-star restaurant "CUMQUIBUS" in Tuscany, I joined the Salone Group upon returning to Japan. Following my time at the flagship store "SALONETOKYO," I became the chef at "IL TEATRINO DA SALONE." I was awarded the prestigious GOLD PRIZE at the "Chef Online Championship 2020" hosted by Barilla. In April 2025, I will take on the role of chef at the group's main restaurant, "SALONE 2007."
