This is a reservation-only restaurant with just four seats available for both lunch and dinner. The menu features only three types: "Loin," "Fillet," and "Rib." Despite its minimalistic approach, it's... common to wait three months for a reservation, and the restaurant has many repeat customers. This is what makes the tonkatsu specialty shop "Ageru Shizuku" stand out. The recipe that captivates people remains a mystery, but the relentless pursuit of quality by the owner, Hiroshi Hosaka, and his continuously evolving cooking techniques are what truly enchant many.
