We only offer the "omakase course," which is perfectly tailored for each individual. For those who enjoy wine, we provide flavors that pair well with it. For those who prefer sour drinks, we offer cuts with richer fat content. We provide a course just for you, derived from conversations and drinks, featuring items like "thigh," "chicken tail," "gizzard," and "wings." Enjoy seasonal delicacies as palate cleansers. Of course, you only pay for what you eat. Please let us know just before you feel completely full.

The chicken, carefully grilled to a fluffy texture over binchotan charcoal, does not adhere to a specific brand; instead, we procure the freshest and highest quality meat available at the time. Before opening, each skewer is meticulously and sincerely prepared. For the "skin," we use a part that is thicker and more tender, from the breast to the waist, rather than the commonly used neck area, offering a unique flavor. We also take pride in dishes like "chouchin," where the yolk of the egg bursts in your mouth, and "sasami," which is grilled to a soft pink doneness.

Introducing our original drink "Nama Wasabi Wari," made with carefully selected Shizuoka-grown fresh wasabi. This drink features a luxurious blend of finely grated fresh wasabi with soda mixed with barley shochu. The rich cuts of meat pair perfectly with the wasabi, allowing for a refreshing experience. We also offer a variety of seasonal sake, including "Chikei" and "Jikon," among others. Additionally, we have a wide selection of wines that complement the flavors of chicken and charcoal.
