[Reservations now open for farewell and welcome parties, as well as celebrations for graduations and admissions] Enjoy premium black wagyu beef "Satsuma Fukunaga-gyu" delivered directly from the farm... in the heart of Kagoshima's Tenmonkan. This beef, sourced from Fukunaga Livestock, won the top prize at the National Black Wagyu Carcass Competition for its rich flavor and high oleic acid content. The A5 grade meat is aged for about 50 days to enhance its taste and aroma, served as exquisite grilled meat enjoyed with salt and wasabi. Perfect for business meetings, anniversaries, and celebratory gatherings. *For private rooms, please make a reservation at our sister restaurant, "Gyudo Hanare."
