This beef, sourced from Fukunaga Livestock, won the top prize at the National Black Wagyu Carcass Competition for its rich flavor and high oleic acid content. The A5 grade meat is aged for about 50 days to enhance its taste and aroma, served as exquisite grilled meat enjoyed with salt and wasabi.
