A one-man operation by the master.
For amuse-bouche, there were mini bread, cheese, and nuts.
I enjoyed a Puilly-Fuisse 2018 and a Nuit St. Georges 2017. ^^
It was just me and the master over wine.
I had a great time chatting with him. ^^
