Food "Enjoy National Brand Beef with Sauces Inspired by the Four Prefectures of Shikoku"
- Kochi-produced mountain salt, made in small batches in the mountains along the Shimanto River, is completely sun-dried. - Kagawa-produced soy sauce, known for its deep richness and smoothness, is the aged "Tsurujou" from Shodoshima. - Tokushima-produced ponzu, made with locally sourced ingredients, is a recommended ponzu sauce. - Ehime-produced Western-style sauce, GAKAKU's special sauce, is made with carefully selected ingredients from Ehime Prefecture.
