In the northern part of Iwate, at the Okunakayama Highlands, there is "Mitani Farm," run by a couple who settled there from the Kansai region. The brown Jersey cows, which are much smaller than Holsteins and have big, bright eyes, leisurely graze on the grassy hill in front of the barn. We have prepared a Caprese salad that allows you to fully enjoy the rich mozzarella made from the milk provided by these Jerseys. Everyone who tastes it is amazed by the richness and depth of flavor of this milk!

Founded in 1995, we relocated from the 120-seat Nikkatsu Building at the end of 2023 due to its demolition. Now, we've transformed into a cozy dining space with just over 30 seats! Our chef, Hiraku Ma...tsuhashi, who has experience in Italy, has been at the forefront of the Tokyo Italian scene for 20 years. The combination of Chef Matsuhashi's skills and Iwate ingredients is the highlight of the newly reborn Neuf!
Enjoy the fresh presentation of short-horned beef, seasonal vegetables from Iwate, and Shirogane pork, all flourishing in their new form!
