自慢の盛岡冷麺は、のど越しが良く弾力性のある麺が特徴です。北海道産馬鈴薯澱粉と小麦粉を独自にブレンドし、注文を受けてから手練りで仕上げることで透明感とコシを実現しています。スープは前沢牛と厳選されたいわて牛のすじ肉、鶏がら、野菜をじっくり煮込み、脂を取り除き布で濾す丁寧な工程を経て完成。シャキシャキのキムチとピリ辛スープが絶妙に絡み合い、爽やかな後味を楽しめます。
