This is a pizza and gelato shop located in a renovated traditional Japanese farmhouse, typical of the Nose and Sasayama areas.
Although it isn't in use right now due to summer, there is a traditional irori (hearth) and wood stove that likely create a great atmosphere during the winter months.
The pizza selection consists of over ten varieties, featuring a range of sauces that make you want to try various options. I had the Bolognese and the black soybean miso varieties. You can really tell that the sauces are carefully made, but I thought they could benefit from being a little more flavorful, considering it's pizza.
Another highlight of this place is the natural and attentive service from the female staff member (perhaps the owner?).
I will definitely be back!
