We manufacture and sell local specialties like boiled shirasu, chirimenjako, and ikanago no kugini from Awaji Island. In addition to selling seafood at our storefront and online, we serve fresh shiras |
I had the sticky whitebait bowl for 1,300 yen. The miso soup soaks into the soup. The thickly sliced onions and thick seaweed are so delicious! When you bite into an onion, it has a crunchy taste followed by a juicy mouthfeel. You can tell how thick the wakame is the moment it touches your tongue. This miso soup is so delicious that you can drink it all even if it is served in a large bowl to the brim. Now, here's the bowl. First, enjoy the shirasu alone. It has a fluffy texture and zero calories. It's not too salty and has a very mild taste. It was a very delicate dish, with myoga ginger, shiso leaves, grated yam, okra, nori, kabosu, egg yolk, and green onions all beautifully arranged, and I mixed it all together and ate it, but in the end I felt a little regretful that I might have enjoyed the shirasu more if I had enjoyed the individual ingredients in combination. But it's really delicious. Also, the sauce they put on isn't just soy sauce. I think. I think it has a lot of dashi in it. That's also good. The mekabu tsukudani is soft and creamy. Kugini has a bitter taste, so I don't think children would understand how delicious it is. Thank you for the meal.
