一番好きなパスタ屋さん
お気に入りのパスタ屋さん。
やっと行けました。
日曜日だったので開店15分前に着いたのですが
なんと開店前にも関わらず16組待ちでした。
45分後に入店。
11時半にはすでに一枚の名前の紙が全部埋まって
いたので、早めがオススメです。
ランチのBセットは売り切れだったので
サラダは諦めて代わりにパスタを多めに頼みました。
麺は30種類から選ぶことができます。
海の幸のペスカトーレ、麺はスパゲッティ
イカスミパスタ、麺はスパゲッティ
海老クリームパスタ、麺はタリアテッレ
ボロネーゼパスタ、麺はEGG型麺
計4種類を注文しました。
どの麺ももちもちで美味しかったです。
特に淡路島と言うことで、タコはぷりぷりでした。
イカスミパスタは塩分はそんなに感じず、
1番気に入りました。
どれも甲乙付け難いです。
また淡路島行った際はぜひ寄りたいです！！！

ダンメンに行くためだけに淡路島へ。
麺をネットで注文したりするくらい
気に入っているパスタ屋さんです。
ちなみにオープン前に行かないと
並ぶので要注意。
景色も目の前海なので最高ですよ。
麺の種類は30種類もあり悩みます。
以前もイカスミを注文したのですが、
変に味を加えておらずスミ本来の味が
楽しめるので必ず注文しています。
ピリっとしており、スパゲッティとの相性が抜群です。歯が黒くなると思われがちですが、
チェーン店のイカスミとは違い、
水を多めに飲めばすぐに取れたので
ぜひ食べて欲しいです。
以前、Bセットが売り切れだったので、
リベンジしました。
冷製スープが濃厚でとても美味しかったです。
サラダは、具沢山でした。
特に人参が甘くてフルーツのようでした。
野菜嫌いでも食べれると思います。
他のパスタもそれぞれ麺の個性が生かされており
クリーミーで美味しかったです。
満足です。また行きたいと思います！！！
