| Remarks |
With the motto of "local production for local consumption," the restaurant serves colorful dishes made with local Hyogo ingredients such as Koshihikari rice and local vegetables from Oku-Harima, Tajima beef, Tamba chicken, salt from Ako, soy sauce from Tatsuno, and fresh fish from the Harima Sea. The dishes are all Shigaraki ware, and the dashi stock and miso used are all domestically produced. Recommended dishes include the "Famous Kamameshi Gozen" using grilled conger eel from Himeji, and the "Oku-Harima Gozen" packed with seasonal Oku-Harima ingredients. Another highlight is the impressive interior, which surpasses other restaurants in collaboration with "Jidaiwa Zakka Fuan"! |
