今日は未だ食べたことのない店「くし菜」で食べようとしたが、訪問したのが12:10頃で満員だった。しかたないので、ここの定食が前から気になってたので食べてみることにした。

メインを鯛煮付にした

鯛は薄くスライスした生姜と一緒に煮付けてあって、塩分控えめで鯛の味が引き立っている。白ご飯によく合う。小鉢は、ブロッコリーと卵・ハムのマヨネーズ和え、南瓜の煮物、きんぴら牛蒡、蛸と胡瓜の酢の物、酢豚。どれも塩分控えめで素材の味が楽しい。特にきんぴらは細い千切りではなく、手のかかる笹掻きなのが嬉しい。おかずが多いのでご飯をお代りしたが、ここの1杯は普通のお茶碗の1.5倍くらいの量なので、少し食べすぎた。

やっとここに入れた。やじきたさんが、ご飯が美味しいと褒めていた店だ。

鯖の塩焼定食を注文。980円也。

出てきてビックリ、品数が多い。鱧皮と胡瓜の酢の物、牛肉と玉葱の卵とじ、厚揚の炊いたん、冷奴、ニンニク風味の鶏肉の照焼、鯖の塩焼、沢庵、味噌汁、ご飯。確かに、ご飯は美味しい。これだけ品数が多いと、ご飯をお代わりしたくなる。料理はどれも丁度いい塩加減で美味しい。味噌汁は少し甘めで濃厚。特に、鶏の照焼のニンニク風味は香ばしく、居酒屋ならではの逸品。鱧皮と胡瓜の酢の物も酒のあてにもってこい。
