Today's lunch is Sannomiya. To fill up my stomach before work, I'm in the mood for Chinese food today. I'm thinking about where to eat on the train (-_-;) I want to eat fried rice, and Gyoza / Dumpling would be nice too (´ρ`) No, should I have Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles)? I have to decide on a store first. ,,, Ah! Isn't today March 3rd (*^O^*), which means it's Minami Day!! GOε=(ﾉﾟдﾟ)ﾉ under the Sannomiya overpass When I arrived at the store, there were quite a few customers. The store is busy. Of course there were a lot of customers enjoying lunch (-_-;) It was Sunday after all. I ordered fried Gyoza / Dumpling and garlic fried rice. It's before work, so I'm holding off on the beer (ω-,) The food was laid out in a few minutes. The speed of this service is amazing (^^) Add plenty of chili oil and season Gyoza / Dumpling with vinegar, pepper, and soy sauce. One side is crispy and the other side is smooth. It's nicely cooked (^.^) A delicious soup oozes out from the bean paste inside. Nememi's Gyoza / Dumpling is really good as well (^O^) Garlic fried rice. There are lots of fried garlic in it, which will whet your appetite ٩( ''ω'' )و The texture is light and fluffy, and the rice grains are crumbly. It's stir-fried perfectly (^^♪ It looks dark in color, but the flavor isn't strong at all. It's actually a light and delicious fried rice. The soup that comes with it is probably chicken bones. The melted egg is fluffy, and the ginger has a good taste, which resets your palate. It was crunchy and crunchy. I ate it all up easily. I think I should have asked for more (lol) It only comes once a year on March 3rd. I wish they would make all the items half price, not just Gyoza / Dumpling (≧ ◇≦) Well, I have to go to work. Ah... it smells like garlic... (ー_ー)!! Well, it's okay (lol) Thank you for the meal.
