As you enter the restaurant, your eyes are drawn to the open kitchen featuring a wood-fired oven from 'Yamamiya Kamado Kogyo' established in 1918 in Nihonbashi, Tokyo, and a chimney from 'Miyamura Kog
...yo' in Osaka, which has won numerous awards including the Prime Minister's Award. Ingredients heated rapidly in the oven at over 400°C develop a unique aroma and texture, with infrared rays from the bricks and wood enhancing the flavors. Our chef, who has competed in the Neapolitan Pizza World Championship, skillfully bakes each pizza.
