Rich and Thick Soup Re·SAVoY: This creamy white soup is primarily made from beef bones, simmered for a long time with pork and chicken. It is enhanced with vegetables and a newly blended mix of spices to create a rich flavor! To complement the new soup, the vegetables are also grilled and fried to ensure they pair well with the soup.

The long-established soup curry specialty shop 'SAVoY', which closed on October 1, 2017. The owner, who poured all their efforts into reviving this popular shop known to every soup curry fan in Sapporo, has taken over the 'SAVoY' brand as it is and reopened it in a new format. With the desire to serve even more customers than before, we are operating with this commitment in mind.
Food "CurrySavoy: The Soup of the Villainess"
Beef bones, chicken carcasses, various vegetables and fruits are simmered for a whole day, then the heat is turned off and the mixture is simmered for an additional 6 hours the next day. After carefully straining it over a period of 4 hours, spices are added, and it is chilled in the refrigerator for more than a day. Finally, excess fat is removed, and the base soup is completed. Its flavor has depth and complexity, making it a truly refined masterpiece. Please be sure to enjoy it.
Food Abundant Menu
We offer a rich menu including chicken curry for 980 yen, vegetable curry with 15 types of vegetables for 1,380 yen, and seafood curry for 1,680 yen. The flavor of the soup varies slightly depending on the main ingredient, so please enjoy the differences among them.
