One of our proud offerings is the fresh "live tuna," which we prepare by breaking down tuna weighing around 40 kilograms that we have farmed. We source our tuna from carefully selected regions, primarily Nagasaki Prefecture, as well as Wakayama and Ehime. Additionally, by aging the fish slowly in ice, we are able to concentrate the natural flavors of the ingredients. We highly recommend trying our "salted tuna nigiri" and "marinated tuna nigiri" made with our secret sauce, so please give them a try!

In our recommended "kaiseki course," we proudly serve our signature sashimi on a boat platter! We also take pride in our "whole sea bream presentation," which features seafood that has been kept swimming in our in-house aquarium, with some weighing as much as 1.2 kg! Additionally, the dishes prepared with seasonal ingredients include a variety of options such as "braised tuna," "grilled Spanish mackerel with saikyo miso," and "braised sea bream head." The course is well-rounded, featuring a rich selection of steamed dishes with abundant ingredients, as well as desserts, so please enjoy to your heart's content!
