In recent years, the Kuginachimachi area has seen an increase in charming restaurants offering elegant dishes.
This place was no exception and turned out to be wonderful.
Although it's located on the first floor of a building, the entrance is set back, making it somewhat hard to find; I passed it by once.
The interior has a bright and sophisticated atmosphere.
The head chef used to prepare sushi at Ajiroya, a famous Hiroshima station bento shop, which added to my sense of reassurance.
Moreover, it's quite rare to enjoy a sushi course at this price and ambiance during the evening.
It's a well-balanced restaurant, and I'm looking forward to future visits.
