Hiroaki Hoshino, born in 1973 in Takasaki City, started his career at the Hyatt Regency's Chinese restaurant, Jade Palace. He honed his skills in Taipei and Hong Kong before opening CHINESE FAN in 2002. He has also worked on projects like the Barcelona location, and currently, he continues to uphold the traditions alongside Yukari Tominaka, who has been mentored by the late Nobutomo Suzuki.
