私はサーロイン、妻は赤身のモモステーキにしました。
サーロインは飛騨牛の肉質はきめ細やかで柔らかく、美しい霜降りが口の中でとろける芳醇な香りと味わいでした。
モモは厳選された良質の部位をステーキにしているようで飛騨牛のとても柔らかい部分を使用しているとの事。赤身でさっぱりとしており、脂身の苦手な方にお勧めです。
飛騨牛のステーキを美味しく味わえる焼き加減はミディアムレアとの事で、この家庭で焼いたら一番難しい状態で提供してもらいました。
ステーキはシンプルな調理法で、飛騨牛そのものの旨みを存分に愉しめるようにされているとか、肉質はきめ細やかで柔らかく、美しい霜降りが口の中でとろける芳醇な香りと味わいでした^_^
私たちはランチタイムに利用しましたが、待ちは30分くらい、昼を少し過ぎた13時頃だと待ちもなくなり席も空いてました。
一階はカフェと土産ものショップ併設でゆっくりできました。
