The sake "Sansha," brewed using the "Okuden Hida-ryu Gendō Kan-zukuri" method, is produced at our brewery located in Takayama, Hida. We draw on the abundant and clear underground water from the Northern Alps and use high-quality rice sourced from Hida for our sake production. We are committed to brewing during the winter months and focus on handmade processes. Harada Sake Brewery strictly adheres to the fundamentals of sake brewing and practices traditional methods. The sake "Sansha" has a rich history, having started its brewing business in the second year of the Ansei era (1855) in "Sannomachi."
