Today I went to work on Saturday and went to the site in Tajimi. . . (Hmm, the drafts of Tabelog have been piling up...(^▽^;)) I was actually planning to finish it a little earlier, but I guess I ran out of time a little. (*^^*) I picked up a few lunchtime restaurants on the way there, and decided to visit Shokusha, a restaurant near Tajimi Station. Check-in was a little after 12:00. The attack occurred after parking the car at nearby Coinpa. The interior feels more like a bar than an American Steak. Shochu or sake? ? The bottles are lined up in rows, so it's probably a place where you can easily grab a drink at night. I ordered C Lunch's "Wagyu Yakiniku (Grilled meat) Bowl Set Meal 1500 yen". I decided to wait while observing the inside of the store. While I was waiting, people who seemed to be regulars kept coming in. There are many people who come alone on Saturdays, so this is proof that the restaurant is loved by locals rather than tourists. The rice bowl arrived in about 10 minutes. Well then, I'll get it right away. . . Yes, the meat is soft! ! I wonder if the meat quality and preparation are good ~ (*^^*) Yakiniku (Grilled meat) sauce is also a well-balanced seasoning that does not kill the individuality of the meat. I think it's delicious. 1500 yen is a bit steep if you think about it as a lunch, but considering the content and quality of the food, I think it's a good value for money. I would like to increase the volume of other menus and meat so that I can eat more thoroughly~(*^^*) Thank you for the meal. I'll bother you again.
