Chichiru & Shishiri's pride is their curry, which is made without using any wheat flour, commonly used as a binder. Instead, it is crafted with plenty of vegetables, spices, a small amount of Mongolian salt, and relatively low-fat oil: ghee. This results in a healthy and body-friendly curry. The chef simmers the vegetables for hours and creates the curry base by adding spices, resulting in a deliciousness that your body naturally craves and makes you want to eat it again and again.
