Food "Year-Round Specialty Menu: Hakata Zoni"
When it comes to ozoni, it is often associated with New Year's celebrations, but at our restaurant, we offer our carefully crafted "Hakata ozoni" throughout the year. The broth of our ozoni is rich in flavor, made with flying fish dashi. The ingredients include chicken, yellowtail, bamboo shoots, shiitake mushrooms, and kamaboko, as well as the traditional Hakata vegetable "katsuonai." This is a signature dish of our restaurant that we hope both local Fukuoka residents and visitors from outside the prefecture will enjoy.

We offer a daily selection of 7 to 8 types of seasonal obanzai dishes (large plate dishes). We make the most of carefully selected seasonal ingredients sourced every day, allowing you to enjoy a variety of exquisite dishes. On days when good sardines are available, we serve "sardine oil sardines," and during the winter when radishes are delicious, we have our original dish "daikon mochi," which features deep-fried grated radish topped with broth. The reasonable prices, ranging from 300 to 400 yen, are also appealing, making it a great accompaniment to your drinks.
Food "Our Specialty: 'Kamo Nabe' Richly Infused with Umami"
In Hakata, where hot pot dishes like mizutaki and motsunabe are mainstream, our restaurant offers "kamo nabe" (duck hot pot). You can enjoy the rich umami of the duck that seeps out, while still having a light and refreshing flavor. The white leeks, cut into thin strips, provide a crunchy texture that pairs perfectly with the duck meat. The dish is seasoned with a soy sauce base, and for the finishing touch, you can choose between "juwari soba" (400 yen) or "zousui" (400 yen).

The interior of the restaurant features a stylish space with a wood-based design. There are 8 counter seats, 2 tables that can accommodate 4 people each with a sunken kotatsu style, and 1 table for 2, offering a variety of seating options to suit different occasions. All seats are spacious, allowing you to enjoy your meal in comfort. Additionally, there is a private room with a sunken kotatsu table for more intimate dining experiences.
