Kobe beef is considered one of Japan's three major wagyu, along with Matsusaka beef and Omi beef. Kobe beef is regulated by a designated registration system that includes everything from breeding farms to sales destinations. In our store, we also display membership cards and designated certificates. These serve as proof that we are authorized to handle Kobe beef.
