Not only do we offer meat and fish dishes made with locally sourced ingredients from Chiba Prefecture, but during lunch hours, we also serve freshly made chef's original desserts finished on a teppan! From January 10th, our "Melting Deliciousness × Chocolate × Winter Sweets Fair" will feature the fluffy and creamy "Tarako Omurice" during lunch. For dinner, we will serve the "Grilled Cod with Marseillaise Sauce," which melts lightly in your mouth. Our live kitchen will provide menus with a fluffy and light texture.
