The rice bowl features a sweet and rich sauce that seems to use brown sugar. It's clear that the Hinai chicken is exceptionally fresh. With a firm texture, every bite releases a burst of flavor.
While the offal had a somewhat earthy taste, it was still fresh. Though it’s called miso stew, it’s rather light and lacks the richness of a typical doteyaki.
There was less meat than shown in the menu image, but it's delicious nonetheless.
